At Wristsherbeu, we want you to feel confident when ordering mindful pause products from our Pause Collection. This Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for physical goods purchased through wristsherbeu.world or directly from our Orlando studio.
1. Eligible Products
This policy applies to physical products including the Dawn Reset Guidebook, Micro-Pause Card Deck, and Seasonal Rhythm Journal. Digital downloads, if offered in the future, are governed by separate terms communicated at purchase. In-person workshop fees are subject to the cancellation terms provided at registration.
2. Return Window
You may return eligible unused items in original condition within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be postmarked within this period. Orders picked up at our studio may be returned within thirty days of pickup with proof of purchase.
3. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, products must be unused, unmarked, and returned in original packaging with all included materials such as cards, inserts, and protective wraps. Guidebooks and journals showing writing, highlighting, bent covers, or missing pages are not eligible for full refund but may qualify for partial credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not returnable:
- Gift cards or promotional credits;
- Items marked final sale at the time of purchase;
- Custom or personalized products created to your specifications;
- Opened card decks where factory shrink wrap has been removed, unless defective.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains printing defects, contact us within fourteen (14) days at callme@wristsherbeu.world with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping where applicable.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions;
- Ship the item to the address we provide using a trackable method;
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. We recommend insured shipping as we cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to our facility.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven to ten business days after inspection. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake. Partial refunds may apply to items not meeting condition requirements.
9. Exchanges
If you prefer a different product of equal or greater value, contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be invoiced for any price difference plus applicable shipping. Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns.
10. In-Studio Returns
Products purchased at 335 N Magnolia Ave UNIT 2106, Orlando, FL 32801 may be returned during studio hours with receipt or order confirmation. Studio returns are processed on the spot when items meet policy conditions.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once tracking information is issued, the order is considered shipped and standard return procedures apply.
12. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.
13. Policy Changes
We may update this Return Policy periodically. The date above reflects the current version. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of order unless otherwise required by law.
